Brief notes on Selling and Exchanging

Each creation that leaves my workshop is a story in miniature, a fragment of soul slipped into an envelope.
I put my whole heart into these unique and original cards, paintings and bookmarks, sometimes imperfect, always sincere.

 

✧ Shipping & Delivery Times

The artworks travel from my studio to your mailbox, carefully packaged, within 3 to 5 working days.
They are sent by registered mail.

 

✧ Exchanges & Returns

Returns are not possible – each piece is fragile, and travel can damage them.
But if by chance a work arrives damaged or if an error has crept into the package, write to me within 3 days, with photo as proof.
I will find a solution, always with kindness.

✧ About delivery

Each creation travels with care, slipped into a lovely envelope.
Shipments are made from workshop, nestled between nature, paper, brushes and daydreams.

 

✧ Very low shipping costs:
A small supplement of €3 in France and €4.5 in Europe/Switzerland is requested to cover the postal flight (paper, stamp and sweetness included).
Each artwork is sent via tracked mail.

 

✧ Free delivery on orders over €80.
When several creations travel together, the costs disappear — a small gift to thank you for your trust.

 

✧ Shipping times:
Orders are prepared with care and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Postal delivery times can vary, but I watch over each shipment like a little treasure.
