The artworks travel from my studio to your mailbox, carefully packaged, within 3 to 5 working days .
They are sent via postal service, sometimes tracked, sometimes not, depending on what you choose at the time of purchase.✧ Exchanges & Returns
Returns are not possible – each piece is fragile, and travel can damage them.
But if by chance a work arrives damaged or if an error has crept into the package, write to me within 3 days , with photo as proof.

Shipments are made from my caravan workshop, nestled between paper, brushes and daydreams.✧ Very low shipping costs:
A small supplement of €2 in France and €3 in Europe/Switzerland is requested to cover the postal flight (paper, stamp and sweetness included).
Each artwork is sent by regular mail , unless you prefer to include a tracking number (option at €3 in France and €4.50 in Europe/Switzerland).✧ Free delivery on orders over €80 for standard shipping
When several creations travel together, the costs disappear — a small gift to thank you for your trust.✧ Shipping times:
Orders are prepared with care and shipped within 3 to 5 business days .
Postal delivery times can vary, but I watch over each shipment like a little treasure.
